Good morning,
We begin with news out of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona that Telstra will become the first Australian telco to upgrade parts of its mobile network with Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology.
The upgrade announcement came less than a day after corporate advisers Greenhill Caliburn warned the Federal Government of the threat that high-speed wireless could have on NBN take-up rates.
