EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Queensland technologists are working hard to keep communications flowing as flood levels rise across the state.

Engineers at Melbourne IT, which is hosting the Premier's disaster relief appeal website, are camped out at its Brisbane data centre and plan to "ride through" the crisis on upper levels of the building.

Donations can be made at http://www.qld.gov.au/floods/donate.html

FEATURED COMMENT

"TPG gets no fines - but gets a court hearing instead. Seems a strang emove as they clearly do not state the $180 connection fee in their ads, so it is not only the Line Rental they are not displaying. TEOH has always been a bit of a tough charcater though, so it doesn't surprice me he is up for a fight. "
