EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

As advised, iTnews was unavailable for several hours Friday due to an incident at our hosting provider.

The outage had a catastrophic impact on rival publishers, forced to scramble to find new sources for their stories. ZDNet remained glued to my twitter feed in the hope I would still be able to provide them something to write about.

We do take these matters seriously, however, and have described the incident at the appropriate level of detail today.

Aside from being down and out for three hours, how do you think we're doing? Fill in our 2010 iTnews Readership Survey and you will go into the draw to win $500.00!
