Good morning,
An Oracle Australia employee at the centre of a $450,000 sexual harassment suit has denied the allegations against him, saying any comments to his accuser were made "in the context of light-hearted workplace banter".
In other news, HP chief Mark Hurd has made a shock exit from the technology giant after he allegedly tried to conceal a "close personal relationship" with a female contractor.
Also today, another "friend of the court" application for iiTrial and Google's political lobbying under the microscope...
