It seemed an overriding theme in yesterday's Macquarie Telecom call centre launch was the fact they were basing support people in Australia.
It's a less than thinly-veiled reference to the recent actions of other telcos (though not strictly an apples-for-apples comparison).
Meanwhile, if you need to escalate complaints about your telco, you might soon be able to do it on Twitter.
