It seems comments by Oracle's chief about just how much Sun is losing from uncertainty surrounding its proposed acquisition by Oracle were justified.
Sun's quarterly figures show that delays to approving the tie-up are having an effect on sales.
And not for the first time do we hear rivals IBM and HP are cashing in...
