EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Telstra has rejected the Federal Government's regulatory reform bill, describing it as "unjust" and recommending it be abandoned.

The carrier rejected calls for both its structural separation and the divestment of its HFC cable network and stake in Foxtel.

Over to you, Senator Conroy.
