EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Our investigative series studying competition issues within Greenfield housing estates look to be bearing some fruit, with a Telstra exec suggesting today that the carrier might indeed look into opening up access to its Velocity fibre-to-the-home network.

Telstra also argues that just because a competitor's network is dubbed 'open access', it doesn't necessarily make it easy to offer your services down their pipe.

Here at iTnews , we're keen to be open to your ideas. Fill in the 2009 iTnews Readership Survey now and you'll go into the draw to win $500!
