EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Telco land was a fun place to be this week, as Telstra raised concerns of a return to the regulatory gaming days of old, and iiNet accused the Federal Government of gaming the data retention debate.

NBN Co also had a busy week, handing out field service and fibre maintenance contracts, fixing an ordering system issue, and touting ISP numbers, all while being dragged into Telstra's resistance against Naked DSL.
