StayinFront has been recruited to develop a CRM solution for the Australian operation of the international pharmaceutical firm, Sandoz.

StayinFront provides CRM solution to global pharmaceutical firm
Customer relationship management (CRM) application provider, StayinFront has announced it has landed a contract with Sandoz, a Novartis (NYSE: NVS) company that develops, produces and markets off-patent medicines.

Kerrie-Anne Turner, managing director, StayinFront claimed the software provider has already forged a reputation in this sector with existing clients including sanofi-aventis, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline and Alphapharm.

“StayinFront has a large footprint in the pharmaceutical industry,” said Turner. “Clients in this sector have very specific requirements and adding a large client like Sandoz certainly highlights the expertise we have in this vertical.”

Sandoz chose several StayinFront products including StayinFront CRM, StayinFront Analytics, StayinFront Marketing Center and StayinFront Knowledge Management. The solution will be fully integrated to Sandoz’s SAP ERP systems to enable the flow of enterprise data across the organisation.

Turner claimed organisations like Sandoz are seeking CRM solutions that offer the ability to better manage interactions with customers, streamline client management and improve advanced reporting analytics.

“There are volumes of data and as organisations grow, more information is being analysed and used to benefit the client,” she said. “Realising the true value of information assets and the need to utilise them to benefit the client is so important. I guess that’s the difference between good CRM and great CRM.”

StayinFront also has clients in the financial services, consumer and membership management industries. The latter includes the Australian Rugby Union and NRL associations.
