EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

CSC has purchased iSoft for $0.17 per share, ending a ten-day trading halt for the Australian e-health vendor.

The companies expect to finalise the acquisition by early 2012, subject to approval from iSoft shareholders, Australian and European regulators.
