Wiise - the CBA, Microsoft and KPMG-backed business software startup - has finally launched its products and pricing.
The company said today it would offer its cloud based software, which is effectively an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with better banking services integration, for a monthly user cost of between $49 and $199 a month.
The company will also charge customers a “joining fee” of between $99 and $2990 to start using its services.
All tiers of its product offering can also be augmented with a “single touch payroll” add-on that costs an extra $3 per month per employee.
All prices exclude GST, the company said in a statement.
The company said today that its software is capable of integrating with Office 365 and could be connected to “any bank account - linking customers’ banking and accounting platforms together”.
New vertical industry-specific flavours of Wiise are also set to emerge.
“Over the coming months, Wiise will be further improved and will launch industry specific versions aimed at some of Australia’s key growth sectors including retail, manufacturing, agribusiness, distribution/logistics, healthcare,” it said.
It will initially be available in Australia but the company has global ambitions that it will put into action next year.
Wiise was unveiled back in mid-May. It was initially meant to launch in July but was pushed back to August.
Executives from the partner companies said last month that the project had proven challenging, particularly insulating the start-up from being overly influenced by its much larger founders.
