  Editor's Note

Good afternoon,

Drone technology is being deployed at such a velocity it is outstripping existing legislation, and citizen privacy is being brought into question.

Commercial operators including Amazon and members of Australia's mining community are already eyeing the potential of this technology, but a government inquiry has found legislation governing the use of drones is out of date.

We welcome your feedback.
