We begin with this week's telco opinion from David Havyatt which tackles the ACMA's inquiry into Australia's telephone numbering scheme.
According to Havyatt, the initiative "is to be lauded. However, numbering is too intricately linked to other regulatory elements for the ACMA to deal with the issues alone." Let us know what you think.
