EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

The Federal Government plans to integrate its IT assets well beyond the Centrelink/Medicare IT merger currently being proposed to Parliament.

From 2015, the Government would like to see other agencies such as the ATO, Immigration and even state governments tap into the spare compute and storage capacity Human Services is building out.

Check out our video interviews with Centrelink's John Wadeson and NICTA's outgoing CEO David Skellern, shot from the trade show floor at CeBIT in Sydney.
