Speaking to both sides of the iiNet vs film industry case yesterday, as one remarked it's sometimes hard to believe you're talking about the same case.

But as has become customary both claimed victory following the close of directions hearings.

AFACT's 'victory', though, leads our bulletin today, with iiNet forced to hand over some scrubbed customer records to be used against them...
