EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

With the Inform customer event rolling into Sydney today, iTnews sat down with EMC Australia managing director David Webster for a sneak peek at his keynote address.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Webster sees the EMC-VMware-Cisco partnership as the creation of a cloud-ready platform.

But the question is whether that kind of vendor integration might be a bit too close for VMware, which has always been cautious not to favour EMC over any other hardware player. Perhaps the tide is changing... let us know what you think.
