Telstra chief David Thodey has officially extended the olive branch to employees to end an ongoing dispute over workplace agreements.

A letter from Thodey has been published by the Communications branch of the union, outlining the commitments.

The union is still notably wary of Telstra's intentions, given the track record. But the signs are good early that Thodey will fulfill his role as a peacemaker following the last regime...
