EDITOR'S NOTE

CeBIT Australia opened its doors this morning, with NSW Premier Nathan Rees and Federal Communications Minister Stephen Conroy kicking off proceedings.

Rees used the opportunity to pitch New South Wales to host the headquarters of the National Broadband Network (NBN).

Conroy, meanwhile, deviated little from his National Press Club speech last month. But he did mention he now owns an iPhone.

Stop the presses!
