EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Three-strikes regimes established in New Zealand and France to combat copyright infringement have faced sustained criticism for costs and inefficiences. But AFACT's Neil Gane has defended the French system as fulfilling its intended purpose.

And Voice over LTE has become commercially available for the first time in South Korea and the US. Australian carriers, however, are at least two years away from offering clearer phone calls over 4G networks.

Have a great weekend!
