EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

ISPs have hit out at NBN Co's proposed 30-year regulatory framework, raising numerous inconsistencies and issues with the individual one-year contracts many have already signed.

Also, a configuration error in Cisco's mail blacklisting service has affected thousands of Australian businesses unable to send emails through their ISP or mail provider. We'd love to hear from you if you were hit.

Have a fantastic long weekend!

-- James Hutchinson
