One week out from AFACT's appeal to the High Court, we dig into the arguments iiNet and content owners are set to bring before the full bench and the implications it could have on the copyright industry.

Despite the impending hearings, Australia's five largest service providers - including iiNet - have proposed a new copyright code that would see infringement notices passed from content owners to subscribers.
