EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Telstra has allegedly refused to hand over conduit drawings for greenfield estates, stalling fibre rollout to more than 60 new developments.

Today we also delve into Telecom NZ's attempts to settle problems surrounding its regulatory requirements, ahead of a shareholder vote to approve structural separation. Executives from the company could soon face an Australian parliamentary committee to share their experiences.

Have a great weekend,

-- James Hutchinson
