EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

I have had more than a few complaints from data centre managers over the last 12 months about equipment they have purchased that doesn't fit within standard rack configurations for energy efficiency (hot aisle/cold aisle etc).

Varieties of the Cisco Nexus switch that feature side-to-side cooling have been cited a number of times... Do you have some other examples you might share with me?

I'm thinking of doing a presentation on the subject at our upcoming data centre conference.
