Real estate services firm Colliers has hailed Amazon's move to launch hosted caching services in Australia as a "game changer" for local companies. But the firm isn't so sure Microsoft and Google will follow suit.

And Microsoft has deployed an internal tool giving engineers the ability to request elevated access privileges to back-end systems when dealing with Office 365 outages.
