EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Expect a few cloud computing providers to be among those keeping a close watch on the proposed U.S. Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), which has some serious ramifications for all online service providers.

The other big news this week was Telstra's privacy breach - which raises some concerns about customer data stored in the cloud (in this case, a hosted RightNow implementation). Has this shaken your confidence in SaaS security? Have your say on our online poll on the front page of iTnews.
