EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Today we can announce two data centre developments - with National Australia Bank taking space in a DRT build in Melbourne and Amazon Web Services drawing closer to a build in Sydney.

But more importantly I have a yarn about cloud Service Level Agreements and whether it's possible to 'manage your own availability' when your provider can't - stay tuned for an in-depth report into how this might be done in next week's edition.
