EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Are you any less eager to adopt cloud computing services after reading about outages and "service degradation" affecting the industry's largest providers?

Local analyst firm Longhaus has tracked Australian CIO sentiment on the issue and concludes that service reliability is shaping as a major impediment to adoption.

I would argue that Microsoft could do more to restore market confidence: a post-incident report on Friday's Office365 outage would be a good place to start.
