According to the survey results, 40 per cent of people admitted they would read private text messages, and 23.3 per cent would also have a closer look at their co-worker’s address book.
Ten per cent would even open private folders or send prank messages.
In the most extreme cases, co-workers would go as far as calling friends overseas (6.6 per cent) or posting embarrassing photos on the Internet (3.3 percent).
The ‘good news’, apparently, is only 2.1 per cent of people surveyed would go through the mobile browser’s Internet history, or change or delete contacts in the phone’s address book.
