Good morning,

The IT industry has welcomed the Victorian Government's plan to scrap its contentious eServices Panel and replace it with a register of ICT suppliers.

And Transport for NSW has emerged as the biggest winner from yesterday's state budget, gaining almost $175 million in funding for ICT projects that include smartcard ticketing and train safety systems.
