Good morning,

Federal Treasury has marked a record rush to download Budget documents released this week, with more than 146,000 visitors flooding the site over the first 24 hours. We look at how the department avoided another year of site crashes and slow-downs.

Also today, the Western Australian Government fights to keep its new standard operating environment for schools viable, despite the education department indicating it is quickly running out of money for the initiative.
