The privacy organisation Google once described as "far from impartial" has failed to have Street View declared in breach of privacy laws.

The verdict said that removal of the service would be disproportionate to the "relatively small risk of privacy detriment".

And the Pirate Bay trial has taken another twist after it apparently emerged that the judge is a member of two Swedish pro-copyright associations...
