EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

It seems the data centre build market just keeps on keeping on with Victoria University the latest to get in on the act.

They've contracted IBM to build a new green facility but will also separately rearchitect their existing centre as well.

The plan is to run both in an active-active configuration - and to do some bleeding edge energy efficiency things too, such as 'free cooling'.
