Good morning,

The lawyers might not think Conroy has a case to answer following his now infamous Yes Minister comments regarding iiNet - but the ISP is checking just to make sure.

MD Michael Malone said he believes Conroy is trying to "get back at iiNet" over its vocal opposition to the net filter trials.

Malone is also baffled that Conroy has seen their defence under oath - since the ISP hasn't even submitted it yet...
