No surprises that the opposition has chosen to take Senator Conroy to task over his rather premature comments on the expected outcomes of the iiNet copyright trial.

But legal experts have given the Senator the all-clear in terms of whether the comments could form the basis of a legal headache.

A political headache though? Far more likely.
