Another week, another top ten. This one is perhaps a bit contentious in trying to name the top ten villains of the industry.

There's a few no-brainers in there - for example, anyone that tries to claim ownership of the Linux source code deserves what they get.

Other inclusions though might raise an eyebrow or two...
