iTnews has been receiving reports of an outage at one of Australia's largest web hosting companies, WebCentral, for several days.

WebCentral parent Melbourne IT finally released a brief statement on the matter last night, but refuses to provide any real clarity on the problem.

Surely business-grade web hosting customers deserve better.
