In part two, he's revealed to us that negotiations are back on with several ISPs in the 20-25k customer range, following reports that Primus' US holding company will go through a debt restructure.

This restructure will result in up to 25 percent of local profits being freed up to be used locally rather than to service the holding company's debts. Good news for Primus...
