It seems patent reform is again back on the US political agenda after being abandoned last year.

It's a response to the growing number of vague or inaccurate patent suits filed by people only with a view to make money by suing for "infringement".

Large tech firms will no doubt welcome the move and hope it gains more traction this time around...
