Good morning,

It seems Microsoft has won a reprieve from the European Commission.

The EC will back off from directly monitoring the software giant following the highly publicised 2004 anti-trust ruling and leave future anti-trust complaints to "national courts".

Microsoft will no doubt be pleased as the decision seems to validate their interoperability efforts...
