EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

iPrimus looks set to make a formal complaint to the ACCC over Telstra's "dysfunctional" IT system.

The cause was a two day outage that left the ISP unable to provision broadband customers, but it claims Telstra's retail organisation "were processing orders" during the outage.

iPrimus and others also spoke out at yesterday's Senate Committee hearings about access to Telstra's exchanges, and used both examples to back up calls for structural separation as a key component in the NBN.
