Good afternoon,

ATUG director Dr Robert Green has used his appearance at Senate Select Committee hearings into the NBN today to call for the formation of a new regulator to oversee access issues on the new network.

He argues that neither ACMA or the ACCC in their current states are an exact fit for the job.

One imagines, though, that if Telstra are somehow readmitted into the process now that Sol has stepped down that they might have something to say about the threat of more regulation...
