EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Some of the projects are simply redundant - like a desktop video project to bring people together. Westpac has since consolidated its offices, negating the original problem.

The positive is that Westpac has also been candid with the lessons they learned. Have a read and let us know how web 2.0 is tracking in your organisation.
