EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Nortel's layer 4-7 business is now in the hands of Radware after an agreement was reached today.

Products, inventory and IP will all come across along with "certain tangible assets and service contracts".

It's good news for customers of the application delivery business, given it means stability, and it looks like some Nortel employees might also be saved by the transfer as well.
