EDITOR'S NOTE

Good morning,

Google and Skype have this morning challenged Telstra's Sol Trujillo over the carrier's business strategy.

For his part, Trujillo stood his ground - and even scored some points with delegates over the profitability of 3's arrangements with Skype.

Of most interest, Telstra also appears to rule out ever providing flat data plans. Looks like the unlimited data market will be left to the likes of myKP, at least while Sol is chief.
