Good afternoon,

As I type, Hotkey should be providing an update to its franchisee community on the status of email outages that continue to take their toll on customers.

Although some of the franchisees we spoke to had found some workarounds, others were waiting on further guidance from Hotkey as the situation nears its 11th day.

Patience in some customer segments is certainly thin - those who've been frequenting the Whirlpool thread will note that some customers are now amusing themselves by changing the lyrics of well-known songs to Hotkey odes...
