Good morning,

Gartner's top ten tech trends are out for the year, and there's some interesting predictions to say the least.

For me, the 'what's not hot' section says it all - deskphones we kind of knew. BPO? Well, the Satyam scandal will take its toll.

But airline travel replaced by video telepresence? Hmm... we've been hearing this for years now, and not much has happened. I'm still rather doubtful it will suddenly take off, crisis or no crisis. What about you?
