Good morning,

Telstra has released the first of what will become annual reports into Aussie business productivity.

While the network drivers are perhaps not much of a surprise, there are some interesting results around how business defines 'productivity' and how that impacts its measurability.

It also impacts the way productivity tools are purchased. Looks like next year will be a boon for online forms tools and self-service.
