EDITOR'S NOTE

Good afternoon,

Telstra seem to have lost interest in making statements on re-admission into the NBN process, and replaced them with a renewed interest in open networks.

The telco's legal team made another presentation on the topic in Vancouver in which they requested "regulatory certainty" from the Government.

Analyst Paul Budde has provided a counter-perspective to Telstra's requests. Please feel free to add your thoughts under the piece, too.
