The government's handpicked 'expert panel' has handed down the final report on its recommendations for the National Broadband Network.

The report is also said to incorporate the ACCC's feedback as well.

The only problem we can see is that it's for government eyes only... and so Australian Internet users continue to wait to see who will give them 12Mbps speeds nationwide.
